More than 30 people, including the Standing Committee members of the business aviation branch, representatives of units, representatives of general aviation enterprises and specially invited representatives of friends and neighbors industry associations, attended the meeting. The business aviation branch was initiated by four founding units: capital business aircraft Co., Ltd., Shanghai hawk Pacific Business Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd., Guangdong Airport Management Group Yitong Business Aviation Service Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Airport Business Development Co., Ltd. and jointly established the business aviation service special committee of China Civil Airport Association in August 2018, It gathers organizations with industry influence such as FBO operators, airlines and maintenance providers.
In November 2019, the official aviation branch was transformed from the official aviation service committee of China Civil Airport Association, taking the lead in establishing the official aviation service branch of Airport Association, becoming the first branch of Airport Association. Guided by the general aviation policies of the government and the Civil Aviation Administration, the business aviation branch continues to explore and innovate to promote the development of the industry. In order to better serve the industry and member units, the business aviation branch has established an institutional system, improved the system construction, refined the working mechanism, optimized the organizational structure, increased the number of standing committee members and strengthened the team construction. Based on the development principle of "openness, inclusiveness, pragmatism and win-win", the business aviation branch has gradually transformed from serving ground operations to serving the whole industrial chain, continuously developed, expanded and absorbed excellent and influential enterprises in the industry, and accepted enterprises related to the industrial chain.
It is reported that the meeting reviewed and approved the measures for the administration of the official aviation service branch of China Civil Airport Association (for Trial Implementation), the standards for the collection of membership fees of the official aviation branch of China Civil Airport Association, and the measures for the administration of the official aviation service branch of China Civil Airport Association (for Trial Implementation) Four founding units of Shanghai hawk Pacific Business Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd., Guangdong Airport Management Group Yitong Business Aviation Service Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Airport Business Development Co., Ltd. are executive vice presidents; One vice president unit and two standing committee units were added by voting, and new members of the Standing Committee and the Secretariat were elected; Notify a new member unit.
At the meeting, the key work directions of the business aviation branch in the future were determined: first, establish a good communication channel between the business aviation industry and the government, the Civil Aviation Administration and relevant management departments, as the management starting point of the government and the association, maintain the market order of the industry, safeguard the rights and interests of industrial enterprises, actively give advice and suggestions for the industry and enhance the voice of the industry. Second, build a business aviation industry platform and build an authoritative think tank. Relevant government departments, member units, experts and scholars of scientific research institutes and news media will jointly participate in the establishment of industry think tanks. Research and interpret policies, provide policy formulation suggestions for the government, provide consultation and Q & A for member units or industry affiliated enterprises, collect and reflect the problems and difficulties faced in the development of the industry, and put forward effective ideas and countermeasures. Three, we should establish official aviation information service platform and official account, integrate the information needs and resources of participants in the public aviation industry chain, and strengthen the information exchange between industries to realize the maximum utilization of data. Streamline complicated business processes, enhance industrial operation standards, and improve the information service level of the whole industry; We should actively innovate the working mechanism, and use the Internet plus platform to give the public aviation branch work plus the wings of informationization. We will use WeChat official account to help promote publicity work, expand the influence of the industry, and attract more and more industries to join the organization, and work together to develop the public aviation industry.
It is reported that the executive vice presidents of the business aviation branch respectively presided over the discussion of the theme section, and discussed how member units can enjoy the industry resource preference policy, undertake group standard project approval, give play to the organizational role of the branch, etc. Listen to the introduction of business aviation service cloud by special guests, and analyze the trend of future industry information platform from the technical level. Discuss and exchange views on the construction and development of Hunan general aviation as an airspace pilot in Hunan Province.
